What language do you speak?
We speak very good English, and some Italian. Other languages are covered with google translate!
Do you have a reception?
We don’t have a reception. This is the reason we need to know your arrival time to us.
Can I leave my luggage somewhere before or after check in or check out?
Yes, you can leave your luggage with us. It is safe!
What time is the Check in?
Check in is after 15:00. If the villa/apt is empty from the previous day, then you can check in anytime even before 11.00 in the morning (uppon arrangement).
What time is the Check out?
Check out is by 11:00.
What is the charge for a child?
Children up to 5 is free. Above 5 price is 10 euro per night.
How can we pay you?
Most commonly used is the bank transfer. We can also accept Stripe Payment. Please note that some tiny extra fees may occur.
Do I have to send a deposit to make a booking?
Deposit is always needed. So, yes, we kindly need 20% in advance. You can cancel for free up to 30 days before arrival. In any other case deposit is not refunded.
Can I bring my pet?
We love pets. But you cannot bring your adorable friend here.
Do I have to pay any security deposit?
Please note that damages caused by the guests or their pets will be paid on site, in cash, the moment we find out. No hard feelings! This is life!
Can you arrange my transfer?
Sure. Send us your full flight details and we will book the taxi (it is always at extra charge and you pay the driver direct).
Are you Vaccinated?
We are! In response to the coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at our property. Due to the coronavirus (COVID-19), we take steps to protect the safety of you and us.
What else do you need from us?
You are required to show a photo ID and perhaps a credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
